What’s the difference between Category 1, 2, and 3 water?
Category 1 is clean water (a supply line, for example), Category 2 is “grey” water with some contamination (an appliance overflow), and Category 3 is contaminated “black” water (sewage backup, flood water). How long does the drying process take?
Most jobs take 2 to 4 days of active drying with industrial equipment, verified with daily moisture readings — we don’t call a job done until materials actually read dry, not just look dry.
Do you handle the repairs too, or just drying?
